Add a requirement

1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Direct>Requirements.

   The Requirements page opens.

   

   The Requirements page lists the requirements that have been set up in SilkRoad Learning. On this page, an administrator can:

   • View requirements
   • Search for requirements
   • Add a requirement
   • Delete a requirement
   • View properties for a requirement
2. Click Add.

   The Requirement Properties page opens.

   

   On this page, an administrator defines the properties for a requirement.

   Fields

   Title: Type a title for the requirement.

   Reference: Type a reference for this item to make it easier to find in searches.

   Certification Type: Select a default certification type to define the certification and recertification time periods to meet a qualification condition.

   Status: Select Current or Legacy.

   Categories: To assign categories, click a category or categories from the Available list and use the arrow buttons to move them to the Assigned list.

   Comment: Type a comment for this requirement.

3. Type a title for the requirement.
4. (If applicable) Type a reference for the requirement to make it easier to find in searches.
5. Select a certification type and status.
6. (If applicable) Type a comment.
7. Click Add.
