Competencies

In SilkRoad Learning, competencies identify the knowledge and performance expected within a job role in the organization. Competencies can be assessed for individual students by marking the competency as being mastered. This enables the prescription of learning activities as employees advance or change positions within the organization, as SilkRoad Learning tracks individual student’s competency based on the competency definitions in the system.

Competencies also can be associated to a defined qualification to create a prescription based on competency requirements. Competencies are defined by a group of performance objectives.
