Create a scheduled report
  1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Monitor>Company Reports.

    The Company Reports page opens.

  2. Click Add.

    The Company Report Properties page opens.

  3. Type a title and description for the company report.
  4. Select the Enabled check box to enable the report for viewing as an Administration report in the My Reports tab for all privileged Administrator users.
  5. In the Source Report box, search for and select the source report.
  6. From the Type drop-down box, select Scheduled.
  7. Click the Start Time boxes to select a start date and start time from the pop-ups.
  8. In the Scheduled to Run drop-down list, select an option.
  9. (If applicable) Under FTP Folders, to assign FTP folders for this scheduled report to save to, select folders from the Available list and move them to the Assigned list.
  10. (If applicable) Under Notification Rule, click Add to search for and select a notification rule for this report.
  11. Under User Criteria, select the Access Restricted to Assigned Workgroups check box if the report is to be restricted to specific workgroups. Then from the Workgroups section, select from the Available list and move them to the Assigned list.
  12. Click Add.
