Add a job

1. From the navigation bar, click Enterprise>Organization>Jobs.

   The Jobs page opens.

   

   The Jobs page lists the jobs that have been set up in SilkRoad Learning. On this page, an administrator can:

   • View jobs
   • Search for jobs
   • Add a job
   • Delete a job
   • View properties for a job
2. Click Add.

   The Job Properties page opens.

   

   On this page, an administrator defines the properties for a job.

   Fields

   Job Code: Type a job code ID.

   Title: Type a descriptive name for the job.

   External Key: If applicable, enter an external key ID for the job.

   Categories: To assign categories, click a category or categories from the Available list and use the arrow buttons to move them to the Assigned list.

   Links: Click View Links to see any associated links to membership or qualifications.

3. Complete the fields.
4. Click Add.
