Org chart

Org chart is a hierarchical representation of the various divisions within an organization. In SilkRoad Learning, administrators can use an org chart to assign training to various organization units. For example, an administrator can assign learning to the Sales department. Every individual assigned to that organization unit automatically receives the training associated with it.

Typically, organization units are defined and managed by integration with an HR system and defined through an import. However, it is possible to manually create them. This is done on the Organization Units page.
