Copy a workgroup

Note: Any workgroup created using the copy function is set to inactive until set to active. Inactive workgroup privileges copy and data view restrictions are ignored by SilkRoad Learning for all user memberships.

1. From the navigation bar, click Enterprise>Admin>Workgroups.

   The Workgroups page opens.

   

   The Workgroups page lists the workgroups that have been set up in SilkRoad Learning. On this page, you can:

   • Search for workgroups
   • View properties for existing workgroups
   • Add workgroups
   • Copy workgroups
   • Delete workgroups
2. Search for the workgroup that you want to copy.
3. In the list beside a workgroup, click and then click Copy.
4. Click OK to confirm.
