Workgroups

Workgroups are used to:

• Define and organize administrator security settings and data view restrictions
• Identify instructor workgroups linked to proctored exams

Although settings can be customized for an individual administrator or instructor, it is useful to assign them at a workgroup level. Security and data view restriction settings are automatically assigned to the administrators or instructors based on their workgroup membership.
