Define a chat room

1. From the navigation bar, click Enterprise>Community>Chat.

   The Chat Rooms page opens.

   

   The Chat Rooms page lists the available chat rooms. On this page, you can:

   • Search for chat rooms
   • View properties for existing chat rooms
   • Add chat rooms
   • Delete chat rooms
2. Click Add.

   The Chat Room Properties page opens.

   

   On the Chat Room Properties page, you provide a name for the chat room.

   Fields

   Name: Type a name for the chat room.

3. From the Name text box, type the name of the chat room.
4. Click Add.
