Notifications

Notifications are rules-based messages that automate the communication process between administrators and students.

Automatic notifications (such as Training Event confirmations or cancellation, Student enrollment applications, upcoming recertification, etc.) can be generated based on events triggered in SilkRoad Learning.

Company settings are used for ALL notification messages unless individual students change their preferences for notifications in their personal profile. User’s profile settings override company settings when user’s preference is different than company settings.
