Delete a course catalog item

• Instead of deleting a course catalog item, a better option is to inactivate--especially if you intend to use the course catalog item again in the future.
• You cannot delete a course catalog item if it has been purchased in an existing transaction.

1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Direct>Course Catalog Item.

   The Course Catalog Items page opens.

   

   The Course Catalog Items page shows the course catalog items available in SilkRoad Learning. On this page, you can:

   • Use the search function to find a specific course catalog item or items
   • Add a course catalog item to SilkRoad Learning
   • Access the Course Catalog Item Properties page to make changes to existing course catalog items
   • Delete a course catalog item
2. For the course catalog item you want to delete, click and then click Delete.
3. At the confirmation prompt, click OK.
