FAQ: Training event: How to set up a WebEx training event?

Some clients edit the Training Event Enrollment notification to include the training Event URL, Call in number, etc. It is recommended to separate this from the rest of the notification with a header that says for Webex meetings only and list the tags below.

This notification shares other training events that are not Webex so do not include the Webex verbiage in the body of the everyday message. Test in staging and review the Notification Audit Log to see a sample, as your staging environment will not send an Outlook message.
