Select assignment categories for an employee

  • Assignment categories determine who will be assigned tasks. Task assignment applies only to providers (not benefiters).
  • For providers with privileges to view other's tasks or providers who are named people on an event, assignment categories also determine tasks that can be viewed.
  • The information an employee can view, create, or update is based on category value matching.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Employees & Events>Find Employee.
  2. Enter the search criteria and click Search.
  3. In the results list beside an employee, click and then click Profile.
  4. Expand the Assignment Categories section.
  5. Select assignment categories.
  6. Click Save.
