Assign a key property to an employee

  • Key properties help you identify and locate employees in the system.
  • There are three key property types: categories, people, dates.
  • Key properties may be optional or required based on how it was set up during your implementation.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Employees & Events>Find Employee.
  2. Enter the search criteria and click Search.
  3. In the results list beside an employee, click and then click Profile.
  4. Expand the Key Properties section.
  5. Select key properties.
  6. Click Save.
