Add a new team

View video

  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Manage Teams.
  2. Click Add a New Team.

    The Add a New Team pop-up window opens.

  3. Enter a unique team name.

    Tip: Special characters including spaces are allowed.

  4. Click OK.

    The Edit Team page opens.

  5. (If applicable) Select a portal role for the team.
  6. From the Privileges drop-down, click to display a list of privileges.
  7. Select the check box for the privileges to be added to the team.

    Tip: As the team creator, you are automatically added as a controller. You can also add yourself as a member by selecting the Member check box.

  8. Click Save.
