Create an eForm

  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>eForms.

    The eForms Administration page opens.

  2. Click Add eForm.
  3. Enter the name of the new eForm.
  4. Click OK.

    If the name is already being used for another form, an error appears—telling you to choose another name. Click Ok.

    The eForm Builder page opens.

  5. Drag and drop Elements to create your form.
  6. Click Preview to see how the form will look.
  7. Click Save.
