Create an eForm
- From the navigation bar, click Administration>eForms.
The eForms Administration page opens.
- Click Add eForm.
- Enter the name of the new eForm.
- Click OK.
If the name is already being used for another form, an error appears—telling you to choose another name. Click Ok.
The eForm Builder page opens.
- Drag and drop Elements to create your form.
- Click Preview to see how the form will look.
- Click Save.
