Default notifications

You get default notifications when you implement the system. They are organized by type and grouped within a tab.

Welcome

Sent when a new employee is created

 

Employee Note Added

Sent when a note is added to an employee's profile

 

Shared Dashboard Activated

Sent when a shared dashboard is activated

 

Shared Dashboard Deactivated

Sent when a shared dashboard is deactivated

 

Event Launched

Sent when an event is created for an employee

 

Employee Login ID Changed

Sent out when an employee's login ID is modified

Task Note Added

Sent when a note is added to a task

 

Task Update

Sent when a task's assignee, due date, or status is changed. The option to notify for active tasks only (checked) or for all tasks (unchecked).

 

Task Activate

Sent when a task is activated, or the activation date is changed and assigned to an individual

 

Unclaimed Task Activate

Sent out when a team task is activated and has not yet been assigned to a specific team member.

 

Task Warning

Sent every night that a task is almost overdue

 

Task Overdue

Sent every night that a task is overdue

 

Task Added

Sent when a task is added to an employee event

 

Task Deleted

Sent when a task is deleted from an employee's event

 

Task Completed

Sent when a task is completed

Events

Event Welcome

Sent when an event is created for an employee.

 

Event Update

Sent when a category, manager, or date has changed for an event. Changes to the tasks (added or deleted from a launched event) also generate notification.

 

Event Note Added

Sent when a note is added to a employee's work event

 

Event Cancelled

Sent to assignees of tasks for a cancelled employee event

Bulk Upload

Bulk Employee Upload Results

Sent after the bulk employee import process is complete

 

Erroneous Bulk Employee Upload

Sent after a bulk upload completes with errors

 

Pending Employees for Approval

Sent when a bulk employee import has finished and pending employees were created and assigned to managers

 

Pending Employee Reassigned

Sent when one or more pending employees is reassigned to a different manager

 

Bulk Category Value Upload Results

Sent after category values have been imported via the bulk upload feature

 

Erroneous Bulk Category Results

Sent after category values have been imported via the bulk upload feature and errors occurred

Default Warning Days

Default value used to populate a new task definition

 

Enable Notification Emails

Set to 1 to enable notifications; set to 0 (zero) to disable all notifications

 

Send Notifications When notes are added

Set to True to set the default setting for sending notifications when notes are added.

 

Support Email address

The e-mail address that is inserted into notifications for the SUPPORT_EMAIL token

 

Note: Any changes to the Settings page take 24 hours to go into effect.
