Download purge queue data

• Download data includes employee name, email, HRIS ID, SSO ID, hire date, termination date, retired value, target purge date, number of purged attempts, purge reason, last failure note, purger, and IP address.
• File name format is PurgeQueue.<year>_month_day

1. From the navigation bar, click Employees & Events>Manage Employee Purge.

   The Manage Employee Purge Queue page opens.

2. (If applicable) In the Search panel, make selections to filter the data.
3. Click Download and select output type.
4. Click OK.

   The file is downloaded to your computer.
