Set a user to do not purge
- Setting a user to do not purge means that user is not purged from the system during a purge.
- This is useful when you want to prevent specific users from being purged even when they meet the criteria for a scheduled purge.
- Find the employee you want.
- In the list beside an employee, click and then click Profile.
The employee's employee profile opens.
- On the Profile tab, expand the Details section.
- Click (check) the Do Not Purge check box.
- Click Save.
