Set a user to do not purge

  • Setting a user to do not purge means that user is not purged from the system during a purge.
  • This is useful when you want to prevent specific users from being purged even when they meet the criteria for a scheduled purge.
  1. Find the employee you want.
  2. In the list beside an employee, click and then click Profile.

    The employee's employee profile opens.

  3. On the Profile tab, expand the Details section.
  4. Click (check) the Do Not Purge check box.
  5. Click Save.
