Undo eForm checkout

• Undo checkout discards any changes that have been made on an eForm—including saved changes—since the eForm was checked out. Discard changes cannot be recovered.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>eForms.

   The eForms Administration page opens.

2. In the list beside an eForm, click and then click Undo Checkout.
