Manage shared dashboards

  • As an administrator, you can assign an employee to view another employee's dashboard.
  • You can also manage shared dashboards: cancel, extend, and so on.
  • As an administrator, you don't have this ability by default. Shared dashboard privileges must be assigned to a team you are on.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
  2. From the Administration page, click Manage Shared Dashboards.
  3. Search and select the employee who is going to share their dashboard.
  4. Click Add a share.
  5. On the Share Dashboard page, select the "share with" employee.
  6. Select an active date range.
  7. Select a forward notification option.
  8. For the Only share notifications to the employee the dashboard is shared with option, make a selection.
  9. (Optional) Choose to limit tasks by category.
  10. Click Submit.
