Form I-9

The Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 is a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services form. Employers use it to verify an employee's identity and establish the worker is eligible to accept employment in the United States. All employees (citizens and non-citizens) hired after November 6, 1986 and working in the United States must complete a Form I-9.
