View an employee on the organization chart

1. On the Home page, click .

   The organization chart appears and shows where you appear in your organization's hierarchy.

2. Search for an employee.
   1. On the Home page, click .

      The organization chart appears and shows where you appear in your organization's hierarchy.

   2. Click .
   3. In the Name box, enter the name or part of the employee's name, and click Search.

      A results list appears.

   4. In the results list, click the employee.

      The organization chart redisplays and shows the employee.

   The employee appears on the organization chart.

3. If permissions allow, you can:
   • Click to view the employee's profile
   • Click to access your journal for the employee
