Organization chart overview
The Organization chart is a diagram that shows the structure of an organization. It graphically illustrates the hierarchical relationship between people within an organization and is based on Rival WingSpan direct manager relationship structure.
You access the Organization chart from the My Team icon on your home page. The initial view varies depending on your role. If you are a direct manager, you see yourself along with your direct reports. If you have more than four direct reports, you can click 
to see more of your direct reports. A list of your direct reports appears and you can scroll up and down or search:

Click to move down one level at a time in the organization chart. |

Click to move to the first, previous, next, or last page in search results list. |
Other features

Click to search for an employee on the organization chart. |

Click to see more of your direct reports. |

Click to view an employee's profile. You can only view an employee's profile if permissions allow. |

Click to access your journal for this employee. You can only access the journal if permissions allow. |
