Fee agencies

A fee agency (placement agency) is any agency/organization that provides candidates to a company for a charge per hire.

Candidates submitted by fee agencies are checked for duplicates during entry. If an agency attempts to submit a candidate who is already in SilkRoad Recruiting, they are informed the candidate is already on file and cannot complete the submission.

Fee agencies cannot submit EEO information on behalf of a candidate.
