Deactivate an existing department

  • When deactivating a department, all jobs associated with this department must be identified. Before you can deactivate the department, you can choose to either deactivate the job, thereby, pushing all resumes associated with that job to the Viewed Candidates stage OR change the department associated with the job
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Departments.

    The Departments page opens.

  2. In the list, click a department.
  3. Click De-activate.
  4. Click Save.
