Responsibility for job board accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your job board accounts. Ensure that:
- Posting credits are available for the jobs pushed via SilkRoad Recruiting.
- The account is configured correctly and functioning as expected.
- Job board login credentials are kept accurate and up to date in SilkRoad Recruiting.
Note: While you can change your job board credentials anytime via the job board, these changes must be replicated in SilkRoad Recruiting. Therefore, changes must be communicated to SilkRoad by your designated SilkRoad Recruiting administrator. SilkRoad Recruiting requires valid job board login credentials to process your posting requests. If the job board login information on file in SilkRoad Recruiting is not valid, your jobs cannot be posted. Also, any extension to subscription expiration dates must be communicated to SilkRoad by a designated customer SilkRoad Recruiting administrator.
You are also responsible for inputting accurate posting data that includes:
- Providing effective, grammatically correct job descriptions.
- Selecting accurate information when defining the job record within the SilkRoad Recruiting user interface.
SilkRoad is responsible for deploying requested postings to configured job board accounts. SilkRoad will ensure that:
- Jobs are posted to job boards exactly as you defined them in SilkRoad Recruiting. SilkRoad does not alter job posting content unless a business rule requires us to do so. Business rules assist in mapping SilkRoad Recruiting record fields to job board record fields.
- Jobs are typically posted to the job board within two business days. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days and no posting occurs on those days. Whenever possible, SilkRoad queues the job for posting as early as possible prior to the intended posting date.
Note: SilkRoad does not administer or control your job board accounts. SilkRoad Recruiting product acts as a tool for posting your jobs on internet job boards. SilkRoad staff members are not authorized to change, renew, or otherwise alter job board account information, even with your permission.
