SilkRoad Recruiting offers free job distribution channels via a standard integration with contracted job board vendors. When you post jobs externally, they are included in each of these partners job listings, which are updated on a nightly basis. With this integration, SilkRoad Recruiting customers can expand their reach across countries and industry types for both active and passive job seekers at no additional charge.

The free job distribution network sends your external facing jobs to each job board vendor partner nightly. The feed is only updated once a night and job status updates can take up to 24 hours to show up on job boards.
