Maintain job board login credentials

A request for an edit to an existing job board should be made if the login credentials for the job board have changed. Contact SilkRoad Support.

Include the following information in the email that you send to SilkRoad Support.

• Request Type: Job board posting login credential change request
• Board Name: <name of job board>
• Username: <the username for your job board account>
• What is being edited: <a description of the changes needed>

Note: Allow up to 5 business days for processing job board integration change requests.

SilkRoad is not responsible for checking your job board login credentials for accuracy. The login credential information must be correct when it arrives at our support center.

If we find, in the course of attempting to post a job to a job board, that the login information on file is invalid, a Data Services team member will send an email to the posting requester indicating that the login credentials are invalid. Posting access to the board will be suspended until valid login credentials are provided. In addition, any pending postings will be removed from the posting queue.
