Deactivate an existing company location

• You cannot deactivate a company location if there are active jobs linked to it. Click the active jobs link and resolve them before attempting to deactivate a company location.
• You can deactivate a company location if there are inactive jobs linked to it. If one of those jobs is reactivated, the location is automatically activated again.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Company Locations.
2. In the list, click a location name.

   The Location Details page opens.

3. Click De-activate this location.

   Deactivating a location ensures that future requisition and jobs cannot be associated with this location.

   Note: Deactivating the location does not affect existing records.
