Candidate Qualification Engine (CQE)
Candidate Qualification Engine (CQE) are screening tools that help qualify candidates from pre-screening to in-person interviewing. Using CQE, recruiters can reduce their workload and focus on fully qualified candidates. With CQE, users can:
- Create multiple sets of pre-screening questions specific to particular skill sets, locations, recruiters, jobs or job types.
- Score candidate responses based on their answers to multiple-choice and yes/no questions.
- Pre-screen candidates based on their answers to multiple-choice and yes/no questions.
- Standardize multiple sets of pre-screening interview questions specific to particular skills sets, locations, recruiters, hiring managers, jobs, and so on.
- Create custom questions for the external candidate interface, internal candidate interface, fee agency candidate submissions, recruiter screening and interviewing.
- Add CQE questions to job templates, set the section where they appear, and set whether required or not.
- Set up a standard ranking form, which is filled out when interviewing a candidate.
Recruiting managers or administrators create CQE questions. Recruiters can select those questions during the job creating/posting process.
