Deactivate an existing business unit

• You cannot deactivate a business unit if there are active jobs linked to it. Click the active jobs link and reassign them to other business units before attempting to deactivate the business unit.
• The active jobs link only links to active jobs you have access to. There may be other active jobs that you cannot access/reassign.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Business Units.

   The Business Units page opens.

2. In the list, click a business unit label.
3. Set the Active option to No.
4. Click Save.

   The business unit is deactivated and is no longer available for selection when creating or editing a job.
