Candidate Correspondence Engine (CCE)

Use Candidate Correspondence Engine (CCE) to communicate via email with single or multiple candidates through SilkRoad Recruiting. Recruiters can use pre-defined email message templates created by an administrator and compose email messages to send to recipient(s).

Using CCE, you can:

• Send rejection letters to job candidates not being pursued
• Send requests for EEO information to applicants
• Send post-offer self-identification veteran and disability forms to hires
• Send requests to candidates to update their resume
• Send opportunity notifications to candidates for new openings
• Track day-to-day email correspondence with candidates

SilkRoad Recruiting supports automatic reply emails to candidates applying online; however, those messages are not configured as CCE templates. Auto-reply emails are configured in the applicant interface.
