Departments

Departments are used to provide sorting and reporting capabilities for job and requisition records. Every job that is created must be assigned to a single department. Many standard reports can be filtered by department.

Departments in SilkRoad Recruiting are single-tiered and may not necessarily equate to what you call a department internally at your organization.
