Use merge fields in CCE messages
- From the navigation bar, click Administration>CCE Templates.
The Create Batch Email Template window opens.
- From the Select an existing template list, select a CCE template to edit.
- Set your cursor position in the message content area (where you want the merge field to go).
- Under Merge Fields, click the fields to merge.
The merge field string is replaced with data from the SilkRoad Recruiting system when the message is sent.
Tip: Merge fields can only be used in the message body not the subject line.
If you decide to use a merge field for an EEO/OFCCP form or e-application form, note the hyperlink provided is one-time use for the candidate. After the candidate completes these forms, the hyperlink is expired.
