Manage report access for a role
- As an administrator or recruiting manager, you can assign the reports that a role can access.
- The reports you assigned appear on a role's My Reports page.
- From the navigation bar, click Reports>Manage Report Access.
The Manage Report Access page opens.
- From the Manager Report Access by list, click Role.
- Select a role.
- Click (check) the reports the role can access.
- Click Save.
