Manage report access for a role

  • As an administrator or recruiting manager, you can assign the reports that a role can access.
  • The reports you assigned appear on a role's My Reports page.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Reports>Manage Report Access.

    The Manage Report Access page opens.

  2. From the Manager Report Access by list, click Role.
  3. Select a role.
  4. Click (check) the reports the role can access.
  5. Click Save.
