Role

Description

Administrator

Reports section appears in the left navigation. Once a report has been assigned to the administrator role, the My Reports link is available under the Reports section. Administrator roles are not limited by locations and will see all information when reports have been assigned to that role.

Exec./Report Viewer

Report Viewer role will only see the My Reports left navigation link if one or more reports have been assigned to that role via the Manage Report Access. Permissions and Features does not control the My Reports link for Exec./Report Viewers.

Hiring Manager

Hiring Manager role will only see the My Reports left navigation link if one or more reports have been assigned to the role via the Manage Report Access. Permissions and Features does not control the My Reports view for Hiring Managers. Additional Note, Hiring Managers are not limited by locations therefore they can see everything for the reports that are assigned to that role.

Recruiter

Recruiter role will only see the My Reports left navigation link if one or more reports have been assigned to that role via the Manage Report Access. Permissions and Features does not control the My Reports view for the Recruiter Role. Recruiter users can also have limited access to data based upon the locations that have been assigned at the user level.

Recruiting Manager

The My Reports link is on by default for all Recruiting Manager users. Recruiting Manager users can have limited access to data based upon the locations that have been assigned at the user level.
