Change management

Changes to existing import/export procedures are considered a chargeable services engagement. We will work with the customer to assess the need on a per case basis and deliver an estimate before any work is performed. The work is performed in a testing environment that will not affect the production environment until fully tested and deployed. Change requests to import/export procedures should be made through SilkRoad Support.
