Complete an interview request
- From the navigation bar, click Candidates>Interview Requests.
The Interview Request page opens.
- Click a candidate's name.
The candidate profile opens.
- From the Select an Action list, select an option:
- Rank Candidate: Provide general feedback about a candidate’s ability to perform for your company. Ranking criteria are general (not job specific). If you provided ranking criteria feedback during the review process, you can edit it now during the interview process.
- Add Comment: Add comments about the candidate. Use when you want to record feedback but do not want to send that feedback to the recruiter immediately.
- Interview Questions: Enter CQE (Candidate Qualification Engine) answers to job-specific interview feedback questions.
- Print Profile: Print a hard copy of the candidate profile.
- Download this Profile: Download the candidate profile to your computer.
- Complete Interview—Complete the interview.
- After you have entered the necessary information, from the Select an Action drop-down list, select Complete Interview.
The Complete Interview window opens.
- Select an evaluation and enter comments.
- Click Save.
