OFCCP reports

These reports are OFCCP specific and include candidate pre-offer and post-offer selection values.

Due to sensitive information, these reports can be restricted to specific users. Those specific users can find OFCCP reports under the Administration menu option on the AAP Job Groups menu. It is a good idea to notify SilkRoad Support the users who have access to OFCCP reports.

Report	Description
New Hire Vets-100a OFCCP report	Provides a statistical analysis of hired veteran information reflecting the OFCCP’s post-offer veteran identification values.
New Hire Vets-4212 OFCCP report	Provides an aggregate total of candidate veteran information reflecting the OFCCP's post-offer veteran identification values.
OFCCP Contractors Hiree Export	Hiree Export with pre-offer and post-offer veteran and disability values.
OFCCP Hiree Export Alternate Version report	Hiree Export Alternate version report with pre-offer and post-offer veteran and disability values.
OFCCP/EEO report	Report is built off the 2007 and up Candidate OFCCP/AA EEO data extraction report. (Contains same fields.) Additional fields include: Previous Stage Start Date Filter: business unit (optional) Vet Status pre- offer Vet Status post-offer Disability pre-offer Disability post-offer Method of identification for gender, race/ethnicity, vet status, and disability values (self-identify or visual identify)
OFCCP AAP Job Group Totals	Reporting specifically by AAP job group totals: Total number of job openings Number of SilkRoad Recruiting positions opened during specified date range Total number of jobs filled Number of SilkRoad Recruiting jobs opened during specified date range where a candidate is in the hired hiring stage, and the job is closed Total number of applicants Total number of applicants hired Number of candidates in the hired hiring stage Total protected veteran applicants pre-offer Total protected veteran applicants post-offer Total hires who are protected veterans (post-offer) Candidates residing in the hired hiring stage denoted as a protected veteran via post-offer identification Total applicants who are Individuals with Disabilities pre-Offer Total applicants who are Individuals with Disabilities post-Offer Total hires who are Individuals with Disabilities (post-Offer) Candidates residing in the hired hiring stage denoted as an individual with disability via post-offer identification
