Duplicate candidate search

Use this setting to configure your default filter settings to establish how duplicate candidates are identified in your system. This simplifies how duplicate candidate resumes can be searched.

When performing a candidate search, This is a Duplicate Profile hyperlink is shown based upon the selected default Candidate Duplicate Search filters.

When you click This is a Duplicate Profile, the duplicate candidate search results are displayed on the Resumes page. The Duplicated by filter is populated based on what was established on the Settings page.
