Set up duplicate candidate search

  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.

    The Settings page opens.

  2. Click the Duplicate Candidate Search link.
  3. For the Enable duplicate candidate search option, select the Yes or No radio button. If you select No, the Redundant Resumes menu item will appear under Recruiting Activities.
  4. From Default duplicate search using, select one or more of the following check boxes:
    • Email
    • Primary Phone
    • Candidate Name
  5. Click Save.
