Set up duplicate candidate search
- From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.
The Settings page opens.
- Click the Duplicate Candidate Search link.
- For the Enable duplicate candidate search option, select the Yes or No radio button. If you select No, the Redundant Resumes menu item will appear under Recruiting Activities.
- From Default duplicate search using, select one or more of the following check boxes:
- Email
- Primary Phone
- Candidate Name
- Click Save.
