JobTarget posting process
After JobTarget is enabled, some items are no longer available for retrieving information around jobs posted to job boards. This functionality was built around the legacy job posting process, where the data services team manually posted to the job boards on the client’s behalf.
- Posted Jobs – This report (Analyze>Recruiting Activities) is no longer available to retrieve information about when a job was posted to a job board. However, all of the information regarding the date a job was posted to a job board, as well as when it is set to expire, can be viewed in JobTarget’s OneClick application.
- Job Board Effectiveness: Top 3 – This graph on the Jobs Dashboard page no longer shows information regarding the top 3 boards, as it is only able to pull this information for jobs posted via the data services team.
- Job Board Postings – This list (bottom of the Jobs Dashboard page) no longer shows any information regarding the jobs posted to boards via JobTarget. The most useful information in this list is the Submittals column. Going forward, similar information can be found within JobTarget’s OneClick application.
