Download an offer/rejection letter template (make it your own)

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Offer/Rejection Letters.

   The Define Letters: Offer and Rejection page opens.

2. In the Download SilkRoad Recruiting Template section, select a template.
3. Click OK.

   The Open/Save As window opens with the Save option selected.

4. Click OK.

   The template is saved as a rich text file (RTF) to your Downloads folder on your computer.

5. Open the file in WordPad and make it your own.
