Set up review request options

  • You can determine which attachments—if any—to be automatically selected on the Request a Review page.
  • You can set a default subject line for the Request Review email.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.

    The Settings page opens.

  2. Click the Review Requests link.
  3. From the Attachments drop-down, choose an option:
    • Do not pre-select any attachments: No attachments are pre-selected. (This is the default.)
    • Pre-select only the "Resume/CV tab HTML" attachment: The Resume/CV tab HTML option is pre-selected for every candidate included in the review request.
    • Pre-select only the primary/original resume attachment: The primary/original resume is pre-selected for every candidate included in the review request. This is the resume the candidate applied with to the very first job they applied for. If the candidate has since submitted a new/updated resume, then it is not pre-selected when the review request is initiated.
    • Pre-select all available attachments: All available attachments are pre-selected when a review request is initiated.
  4. From the Default Email Subject down-down, enter a default email subject line to include in the Review Requests email.
  5. Click Save.
