Turn off legacy Offer Letter functionality

  • You only see this setting if you have purchased the Activate Offers application and SilkRoad Support has enabled it.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.

    The Settings page opens.

  2. Click the Offer Letter link.
  3. On the pop-up, set the Show Legacy Offer Letter Functionality option to No.
  4. Click Save.

    The legacy Offer Letter functionality is turned off. This means:

    • Activate Offers is available.
    • View Job Offers link/option in the navigation bar is hidden.
    • Offer/Rejection Letters link/option in the navigation bar is hidden.
    • Offer Approval option throughout SilkRoad Recruiting is hidden.
    • Create Offer Letter option throughout SilkRoad Recruiting is hidden.
