Create a shared folder

View video

  1. From the navigation bar, click Candidates>Folders.
  2. Click and click New Shared Folder.
  3. Enter a folder name.
  4. In the Folder Type list, select Shared.
  5. (Optional) Enter a description.
  6. Select users and move them to a permission group.

    This permission group:

    Lets you:

    View/Execute Contents

    View shared search folder and its contents

    Run searches and view resume groups in the search folder

    View/Execute/Add/Change Contents

    View shared search folder and its contents

    Run searches and view resume groups in the search folder

    Save searches and groups to folder

    View/Execute/Add/Change Contents, Edit Folder Definition

    View shared search folder and its contents

    Run searches and view resume groups in the search folder

    Save searches and groups to folder

    Change the folder name

  7. Click Save.
