ePostings and iPosting sites

SilkRoad Recruiting provides web interfaces for both external and internal applicants to submit interest in current openings. Candidates apply primarily through these web interfaces (web pages), which are linked to the customer’s main website.

ePosting site

External applicant interfaces are called ePostings sites. A single ePostings site is part of our core production offering. You can purchase additional ePostings sites. You might want more than one ePostings site if you have multiple brands, each with their own website, or multiple child organizations that all operate under a single corporation.

iPosting site

Internal applicant interfaces are called iPostings sites. You can purchase one or more iPostings sites. You might want more than one iPostings site if you have multiple brands, each with their own website, or multiple child organizations that all operate under a single corporation. iPostings sites are most commonly linked to an intranet.
