Applicant interface redesign

SilkRoad Recruiting’s applicant interfaces mimic some aspects of a customer’s website. Customer branding is applied to the web interfaces by wrapping dynamic job content in a template, which is used for all hosted pages.

Sometimes customers redesign their website and want those changes applied to their SilkRoad Recruiting-hosted applicant interface(s). In this situation, a customer:

• Opens a ticket with SilkRoad Support at least four weeks prior to the intended deployment date informing us of the intent to redesign
• Provides a technical contact for the project
• Provides SilkRoad with the new template and associated files
• Makes themselves accessible for questions during the redesign project

An Implementation Consultant will be assigned to the project and builds the redesigned site in a staging environment so it can be tested. At deployment time, the Implementation Consultant moves the template into production.

SilkRoad only performs roll-outs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST. We can synchronize rollout with you if it falls within that time frame. If not, SilkRoad schedules the rollout the first business day prior to or following the go-live date at your discretion.
