Schedule an Interview page

Use this page to schedule an interview. It is available to users who linked their work calendars to interview scheduling.
Fields
Title
Pre-populated and includes the names of the job the candidate will be interviewing for and the candidate's full name. You can edit this field.
From Date
Pre-populated with the current date. To change date, click and select a new date from the calendar pop-up.
To Date
Pre-populated with the current date. To change date, click and select a new date from the calendar pop-up.
Duration
Select the expected duration of the interview. (Default is 15 minutes.)
Let recipient select the time
Controls whether you set the date and time for an interview or the candidate does.
If toggle is disabled (default setting), you set the date and time for the interview.
If toggle is enabled, the candidate sets the date and time for the interview.
Organizer
An organizer can reschedule an interview and change interview meeting information. Defaults to the logged-in user but you can select a different organizer.
Attendees
Add all internal employees who need to interview the candidate. This is a type ahead field so as you type a name, it appears as an option in the drop-down. Click the name to add as an interviewer/attendee.
Tip: Only employees who have linked their calendar can be selected as an attendee/interviewer.
Description
This is a free text field. Include any information to share with the attendees here like links, phone number for candidate to call, office location, and so on.
Tip: Whatever is entered here is visible to the candidate.
