Lock offers to prevent editing during approval process

• Locking prevents any edits from being saved while an approval process is ongoing. (The Update button is removed from the Modify Offer Information page.)
• An approval process is considered ongoing as soon as the first approval request email is sent.
• If any edits need to be made to offers, all approvers must be removed from the approval process. After that, the Save and Save and Route for Approval buttons are available again.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.

   The Settings page opens.

2. Click the Lock Offers link.
3. For the Lock All Offer Fields During Approval Process option, click Yes.
4. Click Save.
